- Headed a successful bid to outsource Barclays and Standard Bank cash center infrastructure in SA with values of R2.6 Bn and R9.8 Bn respectively.
- Headed SBV’s diversification strategy in Africa and acquired/started operations in Namibia, Lesotho and Nigeria. Investigated investments in various other African countries.
- Involved as lead or support in numerous acquisitions and sales of companies over the years including Vodacom Sport and Entertainment, Blue Bulls, Western Province Rugby, Ticket Web and The Golfers Club.
- Advised and supported Maharishi Institute on buy minority equity stakes in a number of companies including Experian, SA, Bryte Insurance and Ellies.
- I have raised more than a Billion in equity and debt, have been involved in three listings and more than 55 deals valued at R6.2 billion.
