Chris Walker has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services, including ten years as a CFO and seven years as a business owner and now is now a fractional CFO in New York.

He excels with companies that acquire businesses, having led numerous successful M&A transactions. Chris has a remarkable leadership background dating back to his time at West Point,
welcomes challenges and has a reputation as a high achiever and expert problem-solver.

Rob is a trusted business advisor, CPA and fractional CFO who has an entrepreneurial mindset, applying robust skills gained through his 20+ years of experience to owners of privately-held businesses. His passion is to engage with ambitious business owners to help them achieve next-level results.

His industry experience includes professional services, Fintech, MarTech, SaaS, marketing, media, construction, and more.  He’s a veteran at raising capital and recently sold a privately held business for a premium price.

As a CPA, Rob has a strong background in finance, business operations, and legal and human resources solves an exhaustive list of business needs.  His experience and skills, including being a CEO, allow him to quickly analyze all aspects of the business to identify opportunities for change and to develop solutions that work.

On football scholarship he attended Abilene Christian University and graduated with a BBA degree in accounting.  He’s married to his high school sweetheart Anna and is blessed with two wonderful children.

Bob is a financial executive and fractional CFO, with over 30 years’ experience in both investment banking advisory and CFO roles. He is a trusted advisor to owner/entrepreneurs and CEOs for companies from $10 million to $10 billion. Bob is also a finance and IT team builder with a team of 40 in his last CFO role. As an investment banker for 16 years, he has extensive M&A and corporate finance experience across the industrial, transport, aerospace and technology sectors. Most recently he is a CEO himself at a R&D stage biotech instrumentation start-up in New Haven, Connecticut, his third start-up.

Bob has been a CFO at two companies with more than $400 million in annual revenue and more than 600 employees: Virgin America, a start-up airline based in Burlingame, California, and Unical Aviation, the world’s largest distributor of used components for Airbus and Boeing commercial aircraft, based in Los Angeles. In these roles, Bob has led capital raising, strategic procurement, financial reporting, budgets, FP&A, treasury operations, risk management and IT.

Bob’s passion is helping others to fulfil their full potential. He believes that the key to any finance team’s success is a strong culture of transparency, integrity and mutual support.  He embeds teaching and mentoring into every aspect of his work.

Liana Bertsch is an accomplished international fractional CFO with over 15 years of experience as a finance professional.

She has provided fractional CFO services to clients of varying sizes and across diverse industries, including Professional Services, PR, Marketing, Digital Agencies, Law Firms, SaaS, e-Commerce, Production, Manufacturing, and Construction.

Throughout her career as a fractional CFO, Liana has demonstrated a strong passion for helping entrepreneurs improve their results and achieve their goals. She has a particular expertise in scaling up businesses, implementing strategic plans, and driving expansion.

Liana is used to making impactful contributions. She also successfully led an engineering start-up from its initial three employees to over 80 employees, growing revenues to $8 million within just a few years.

She also played a pivotal role in growing a staffing agency from 160 to 300 employees, effectively doubling the revenue.
