Regional Director

About the Regional Director role:

The role is unique, while operating within a defined model, and combines the benefits of being part of a national and global team and support organization, but with the level of autonomy and freedom in how the results are delivered. The earnings potential of the RD role is significant as the business expands.
This role will involve shadowing the CEO for 3-6 months and then start delivering.

This will be a variable pay model and only for candidates who can build something like what a start-up owner would do.
