To support significant growth, the company is now looking for an ambitious Part Time CFO to deliver the company’s unique style of part-time finance director/CFO services to mid-tier businesses. The candidate should  have entrepreneurial attitude to business.

• Be a self-starter with ambition, energy, and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Fully engage with our ‘purpose’ of wanting to make a real difference to our clients
• Desire to work closely as part of a team together with our Regional Directors in a collegiate environment
• Qualified with one of the major accounting institutes (CA/CPA)
• Minimum of 5 years Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer experience – commercial and strategic out of  which minimum 10 years experience should be in accounting
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Track record of excellence, achievement, and entrepreneurial drive
• Desire to work directly with business owners, with a passion for making a real difference
• Well networked
• Confidence and gravitas
• Excellent presentation skills
• Commericial background. No “number crunchers” need apply
• Ability to develop and motivate people
• Emapthy with and understanding of the role of CFO
• Able to develop a strong alignment with the company’s culture
• The role is self-employed whilst operating in a defined model. You must be able to support yourself financially during the build-up phase
