Track Record Highlights

  • Increased Shareholder confidence and Share Price, by driving the financial understanding of new processes and improving the accuracy of forecast to within 2% on a 1m weekly spend.
  • Improved cashflow and profitability in a distressed group of businesses, reducing stress levels and refocussing the management team to be forward looking.
  • Reduced the time taken for franchise pack production from 17 to 10 days, through reverse engineering and problem solving. Subsequently moved 150 owned shops to franchise and then exited business.
  • Increased gross margins by 12% during a period of high inflation as we came out of Covid and supply issues remained challenging. Also reduced overheads by a further 12% in the same period.
  • Managed a portfolio of £18m investment in new start-up businesses through SEIS, EIS and high net worth individuals investments. Built and sold 3 solar fields as separate SPV’s.
