I am a strategic and commercial CFO/FD working with MD’s to develop and grow their businesses to achieve success and long terms aims. Prior to The CFO Centre, I was Head of Finance, Bayer PLC. My passion is about bringing this experience to The CFO Centre and its range of clients to help SMEs achieve business growth and their long term aims. I’ve worked with entrepreneurs and business leaders around the South East, from Guildford, to Hove, to Kingston upon Thames.

Led exit of Material Science and Diabetes Care divisions. Worked closely with business leaders to prepare for exit by building leadership teams, systems, processes and policies.

Completed MBO of English Landscapes, raised £4m in venture capital finance. Oversaw development from a £8mio traditional forestry company to a £30mio turnover multi-sector, national business.

Successful track record in M&A projects. Led acquisition integration projects, cultural integration and change management, tracked and reported project progress.

Led numerous reviews and changes associated with the Bayer UKI corporate structure, financing, and pensions strategy.

Established Risk Management Function for UKI. Deployed enterprise risk management model, through risk register, assessment, mitigation planning and monitoring.

Led development of Finance Function to achieve recognised excellence and a high performing team capability.
