Setup and successfully integrated the Milton Keynes Chamber of Commerce into the Northamptonshire Chamber Group. Succeeded in growing y-o-y membership to achieve profit in the 3rd full year of trading.

Embedded governance, controls, risk management & financial oversight into a start-up with lack of formal policies and processes and a staffing structure that couldn’t support operational requirements.

Worked for a publisher and developer of entertainment computer software that grew from £19m to £110m turnover in 3 years.
