- Completed over 50 M&A transactions across the world including pre acquisition due diligence, deal negotiation, management of legal process and post acquisition integration.
- Developed a suite of relevant KPIs which could be produced quickly and could be applied consistently across multiple geographies.
- Enhanced the efficiency of the cost base with retail property cost benchmarking, detailed retail and warehouse labour cost modelling, and well managed procurement processes.
- Completed multiple (syndicated & bilateral) bank funding processes in the UK, US, Australia & Europe and also raised £464m of equity on London Stock Exchange.
- Championed ESG initiatives including global energy efficiency, use of 'Better Cotton' in the supply chain and creation of the JD Foundation for community initiatives.
