CFO & COO of HSBCs global credit trading and sales operations across 4 key sites of London, New York, Hong Kong and Dubai, a business with circa 250 trading and sales executives and a revenue averaging $1bn annually.

Defined and implemented business lines targets, operating models and managed the control environment front to back with line of sight ownership of Operations, IT, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting.

Possesses detailed understanding of global banking and markets, securities services, digital banking and digital banking transformation, global banking and markets front office, finance and operations.

Full financial control of HSBC Securities Services, an $11trn administration and custody business with annual revenues in excess of $2bn.

Aids the turnaround of underperforming businesses. Drives effective change in systems, processes, teams and culture, reduces costs and mitigates operational risk.

Delivered both the strategic and tactical digital transformation for HSBC Commercial Bank (CMB) and the Investment Bank (GBM), running a budget of >$100m per annum.

Particular strengths in people management, change transformation and cross business collaboration.
