A highly experienced FD/CFO operating across a broad range of sectors, I also have extensive experience of business acquisitions and disposals. I was Corporate Finance partner in a regional accounting practice before working as Group FD for two groups of companies, one of which was multinational with turnover in excess of £100m. I joined the CFO Centre in 2025.

Track Record Highlights

Worked as FD with an entrepreneur to take his small business literally from the dining room table, through an ambitious buy and build strategy and through to successful exit in five years.

Served as MD of several group companies, in particular a manufacturer of high-performance materials based in the Netherlands.

Secured a complex working capital and acquisition funding facility within a very tight timetable to fund three simultaneous acquisitions; managed the key banking relationship for many years.

Completed the successful reverse takeover of a competitor twice the size of our own group company.

Successfully moved a warehousing business into a new, purpose built, 210,000 sq. ft. facility to enhance efficiency.

Cross examined at the Royal Courts of Justice in a high profile legal matter. Thankfully the ruling went in our favour. Preparation is key.
