- Rationalised the finance departments of 5 entities in 5 countries, into 1 combined shared service centre, based in NL, with significant headcount and cost savings.
- Negotiated the successful acquisition of 3 companies in Europe, on behalf of PE backers, creating 8x accretive value on investment, upon the sale of the group, within 12 months.
- As an MD of a packaging business, implemented and sold out a new production line for metal packaging for a multi award winning product, on budget and ahead of schedule.
- Developing financial reporting and processes to enable a 1 day close, along with analysis tools and KPIs to manage cash flow and costs efficiently.
