  • Managed the exponential growth of a biotechnology Company which saw operating profits increase from £2m in 2009 to more than £30m in 2019.
  • Oversaw the implementation of Microsoft D365, a cloud-based ERP system, which was successfully rolled-out across the regional international sites.
  • Delivered a 15% reduction in working capital at a large FMCG business.
  • Reduced monthly financial reporting timescales by 33% following the implementation of Microsoft Power BI which automated reporting and enabled many reports to become paperless. This also accelerated the budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • I established a highly regarded Financial, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to support and challenge the regional commercial teams.
