I am a highly commercial, strategic and operational finance leader with over 25 years’ experience of driving sustained business improvements, successful acquisitions and not least successful business sales. I have worked in privately owned and subsidiaries of listed businesses both in the UK and groups with overseas operations.

I have specialized in Services businesses, and specifically Marketing Services, helping them to start, grow, reshape, divest, invest and get investment. My strength is to finely balance analytical decision making with human centric implementation in complex stakeholder environments. Be it as strategic as exit strategies or as operational as defining and implementing reporting processes.

Before moving into industry, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and remains a member of the Institute.

I am married with two daughters and more bikes than my wife approves of.
