Set up subsidiaries in the US, Dubai and Monaco and oversaw both the Financial and Operational aspects of each.

Managed the full process of liaising with potential external buyers and their numerous groups of advisers for the due diligence covering all departments of the business.

Helped develop a work culture whereby the business prided itself on minimal staff turnover because of an excellent working environment.

Developed a very good knowledge of financial markets, including regulatory and compliance aspects, so as to be able to advise businesses not only from an FD’s perspective.
