I have over 25 years’ in finance, working as adviser in Private Equity (for both a Big 4 firm and a CF Boutique), and as an FD in an executive, non-executive and consulting capacity. Completed all financial modelling and assisted in VDD for secondary buy-out of a media company, raising £70m of equity and £44m of debt.

Worked closely with the management team of a SAAS business to rationalise; preserving VC funding whilst we revised the strategy that ultimately brought them back to profitability and growth.

Identified the failing part of a transport business in the Non-Profit sector, and worked with management & stakeholders to engineer a 'soft landing' into Administration; and sale to National Express.
