I was part of the Exec team which grew Skipton Group profits from £25m to almost £300m during my tenure, as FD of the Mortgage & Savings Division, and CFRDO of the Group.

Previous roles included FD of the RBS Retail & Direct Sales business, and Head of Cost Management at RBS.
Prior to joining Skipton I setup a consultancy business helping SME’s to better understand & sustainably reduce costs, evaluate customer profitability to shape sales strategy, and implement robust financial planning, leading to material improvements in bottom line profits

Successfully implemented a cost management program which reduced costs of the European Division of Westcon Group by 15%.

Developed and implemented a customer profitability model across a European wide IT distribution business, which led to the redevelopment of the sales acquisition strategy.

Developed and implemented a finance business partnering model and a cost management model for the RBS Retail Division.
