The problem
Archangel is implementing cutting-edge care tech in response to an increasing demand for housing, health & care services. Its risk averse public sector customers are operating with a fixed workforce resource, an ageing population demographic, a national housing shortage and decreasing public sector budgets. This presents some unique business challenges including: slow technology adoption, customer business case developments, lengthy public procurement processes, and organisation cultural changes. So, whilst awareness of our technology and its value grows it is vital to ensure that we have the best financial knowledge and support available to guide our future progress.
The solution
As a business, Archangel collaborates by bringing various public bodies and technology suppliers together in a partnership to deliver a better way of supporting social care, health, and housing service providers, enabling them to connect silo systems data, proactively assess it, respond effectively and evolve to meet the significant financial and service demand challenges ahead.
