- Supported a comprehensive turnaround plan that led to $7mm EBITDA improvement and financial analysis to support capital raising for long-term expansion.
- Drove rolling forecasting based on evolving conditions to assist in corporate decision-making, including weekly cash projections to manage acute liquidity situations.
