Regional Director -Toronto

We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director who will build and lead a team of CFOs and book of business in Toronto. This is a remote based role, but you must be within the region.

As a Regional Director, you will guide a talented group of Chief Financial Officers dedicated to helping ambitious $2-100M businesses reach new heights. Embrace the challenge and autonomy of growing a high-performing region while being part of a larger global network.

Your role will involve close collaboration with our CEO, President and other Regional Directors, utilizing your local network and exceptional sales skills to drive success in expanding the clientele of the Toronto region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead business development initiatives, actively seeking and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams.
  • Build and lead a team of experienced CFOs across the Toronto region, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and client retention by leveraging a proven track record of successful account management.
  • Drive the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish lucrative new business ventures and partnerships.
  • Develop and implement growth-oriented strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable sales growth.
  • Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to a team of fractional CFOs.
  • Analyze regional performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans to optimize sales performance.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
