We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director who will build and lead the existing team of CFOs and book of business in Montreal. This is a remote based role, but you must be within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead business development initiatives, actively seeking and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Build and lead a team of experienced CFOs across the Montreal region, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction, maximize sales opportunities, and client retention by leveraging a proven track record of successful account management.
- Drive the negotiation and execution of client contracts to establish lucrative new business ventures and partnerships.
- Develop and implement growth-oriented strategies that align with our organizational objectives, leveraging market insights and industry trends to drive sustainable sales growth.
- Provide dynamic leadership and mentorship to a team of fractional CFOs.
- Analyze regional performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and devise actionable plans to optimize sales performance.
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and enhance sales effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
