As Head of Global Operations for the CFO Centre Group a key focus for me is working closely with our Group CEO to bring new countries into the group and manage the day-to-day operations of these countries. Having been with the CFO Centre since January 2008 when there were a total of 20 people in the business, I have seen and been involved in supporting significant growth in the business to where we are today, operating in 18 countries, across 90+ locations with 700+ CFOs.

  • Set-up and day-to-day running of the CFO Centre Germany.
  • Set-up and day-to-day running of the CFO Centre UAE.
  • Directly impacted increase in numbers of CFOs within the UK business from 20 to more than 240 before moving to an international role in 2020.
  • Conception and implementation of recruitment processes across The CFO Centre Group.
  • Design and implementation of Induction programme for The CFO Centre Group.
  • Headed up the design and rollout of our Learning Management System across the Group.
  • Founded and managed two small companies, one in sports retail and the other in event management.
